This privacy policy applies to the Snico app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was developed by IT INNOVATORS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). The app contains in-app purchases for a better app experience. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

This page is used to inform visitors regarding the app policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information of the users using the Application.

If you choose to use the Application, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that the Service Provider collect is used for providing and improving the Application. They will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible in the Application unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Facebook Account Use

The Application uses Facebook Sign-in to log in and use app services. So, the users are required to provide the necessary information that will be used to sign up on the app. The information provided can be used by the Service Provider to send you emails containing promotional offers or to update of any changes made to the services offered in the app. This information will not be accessible to anyone else except law agencies if required.

Google Accounts Use

The Application uses Google Sign-in to log in and use app services. So, the users are required to provide the necessary information that will be used to sign up on the app. The information provided can be used by the Service Provider to send you emails containing promotional offers or to update of any changes made to the services offered in the app. This information will not be accessible to anyone else except law agencies if required.

Camera Use

The Application uses camera permissions to capture photos and record videos while using the app or for live streaming. By no means the Service Provider uses the camera permission or allow any third-party service to use the camera for any illegal purpose.

Microphone Use

The Application uses microphone permissions to deliver your audio while recording a video or during the live stream and to send voice notes in the chats (to be included). By no means the Service Provider uses the microphone permission or allow any third-party service to use the microphone for any illegal purpose.

Storage Use

The Application uses storage permission when saving a media from the app to the device. Or when accessing files on the device to upload on the app. By no means the Service Provider uses the storage permissions or allow any third-party service to use the storage for any illegal purpose.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)

• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages

• The time spent on the Application

• The operating system you use on your mobile device

• Your device's name and ID

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide them with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Email, Name, Gender, Age, Location, Device Identifiers. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.

Log Data

The Service Provider wants to inform you that whenever you use the Application, the Service Provider collects data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the Application when utilizing their services, the time and date of your use of the services, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

• To assist us in analyzing how our app is used.

The Service Provider wants to inform users of the Application that these third parties have access to their Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on Service Provider's behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please visit https://snico.live/account-deletion or contact them at support@snico.live and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Account Deletion

Important Information About Account Deletion

When you choose to delete your account in the Application, please be aware that all your personal data will be permanently erased. This includes:

• All Posts

• Photos

• Likes

• Comments

• Messages

• Additional Data: All other personal information associated with your account will also be removed.

Steps to Request Account Deletion:

1. Go to Account Settings: Open the app and navigate to your Account settings in Menu.

2. Find 'Delete My Account' Option: Look for the option labeled 'Delete Account' and select it.

3. Confirm Your Decision: Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your account deletion request.

Your account will be deactivated immediately and marked for deletion. It takes 30 days for the Service Provider to process your request. After your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation notification indicating that your account and all related data have been deleted. Please remember that this action cannot be undone, and you will not be able to recover any of your data once it has been deleted.

Security

The Service Provider values your trust in providing them your Personal Information, thus they are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and they cannot guarantee its absolute security.

The Application may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, the Service Provider strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. They have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Children’s Privacy

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided the Service Provider with personal information, please contact them at support@snico.live or contact@itinnovatorspk.com so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. They will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
